Common Questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings → Accounts → your current plan → Cancel. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period, then reverts to Free. No charges after that.

Can I get a refund?

Subscriptions are generally non-refundable once the billing period starts. If you were charged in error or experienced a platform outage exceeding 72 hours, contact us and we'll review your case within 7 days.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page to receive a reset link at your registered email address. If you no longer have access to that email, contact us directly.

How do I connect with a coach?

Your coach will share a personal invite link with you. Register or log in using that link and your account will be linked to your coach automatically. Elite plan required for coach access.

Will my data be deleted if I downgrade?

No. Your trade history is preserved when you downgrade. The Free plan applies a 7-day rolling display limit, but your full history is restored immediately if you upgrade again.
